Grandma's sweet potato pie was inspired by my own grandmother.  Her pie was always good. I asked her what makes her pie so good. She said a little of this, a little of that, and a lot of love. I noticed that she never measured out her ingredients. She knew exactly how much of each ingredient to use to make her pie the same every time.

Even though my dear sweet grandmother passed away in 2013, her memory lives on. I know that she will be happy to know that people everywhere are enjoying my pie inspired by her.
